Dr. Robbins earned a B.A. in Mathematics from the State University of New York in 1986 and his medical doctor degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin in 1992. He then returned to his native New York to Strong Memorial Hospital of the University of Rochester. Dr. Robbins completed his medical internship in Internal Medicine in 1993, his residency in Neurology in 1995, and he was chief resident in Neurology through 1996. He then completed a fellowship in Neurophysiology and Neuromuscular Disorders at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center of Tufts University Boston in 1997.
Dr. Robbins is licensed to practice medicine in Florida, New York, and Massachusetts. He is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and certified by the National Board of Medical Examiners. Dr. Robbins is a member of the American Academy of Neurology and the American Medical Association.
