John P. Wilkerson, M.D.
Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon
John Wilkerson, M.D., joined CITIMED in 2014 and leads our orthopaedic surgical division. He provides diagnostic and therapeutic services appropriate to managing orthopaedic conditions, including musculoskeletal trauma. Many treatment options are available for bone, muscle, and joint injuries, including stem cell therapy, PRP injections, rehabilitation, arthroscopic surgery, and minimally invasive surgery.
He is an active fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. Dr. Wilkerson worked closely with the 2001 National Champion University of Miami Hurricanes football team, serving as assistant Team Physician. Also, during this year of additional surgical training in sports medicine and arthroscopic surgery, he completed clinical research in arthroscopic shoulder surgery.
Furthermore, he has completed several research projects in orthopaedic surgery and biomechanics, and multiple national peer-reviewed medical journals published his study.
Dr. Wilkerson is licensed to practice medicine in Florida and Virginia. He specializes in shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee, and ankle injuries and is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.

Robert D. Martinez, M.D.

A Miami native, Dr. Robert Martinez, is the Radiology team’s head at CITIMED. He earned a B.A. in Finance from the University of South Florida and then graduated from The University of Miami Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine in 1994. He specializes in Diagnostic Radiology and Nuclear Medicine.
He completed a five-year combined residency in Diagnostic Radiology and Nuclear Medicine at the University of U.M./Jackson Memorial Hospital in 1999 and a fellowship in Musculoskeletal Radiology in 2000.
Dr. Martinez is licensed in Florida, Minnesota, Arizona, California, New York, and Tennessee. He is board certified by the American Board of Nuclear Medicine and a diplomate at the American Board of Radiology. He is a member of the Radiological Society of North America and the American Medical Association.

Dr. Michael C. Weiss brings extensive expertise in orthopedic and minimally invasive spine surgery to the CitiMED team. After completing his Orthopedic Surgery Residency at Michigan State University, Dr. Weiss practiced in South Florida for over 15 years. In recognition of his exemplary care, he was awarded the title of Fellow in the American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics in 2001.
Dr. Weiss further specialized his skills by completing a fellowship in Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery at the Laser Spine Institute, where he advanced to become the Chairman of the Department of Surgery. In this national leadership role, he directed the institute’s distinguished fellowship program, training surgeons in advanced minimally invasive techniques that have become a national standard.
A passionate and caring physician, Dr. Weiss has served as an Assistant Professor in Orthopedic Surgery at Nova Southeastern University. His expertise has been sought on national panels, including the Pain Management Advisory Board for General Electric Healthcare, and he remains a leading voice in the advancement of orthopedic and spine surgery.

With an extensive background in private practice, Dr. Danny Rajchgot, D.C., brings a wealth of experience to the CitiMED team. He offers a wide range of services, including detailed examinations, Chiropractic Manipulative Therapy, and the application of physiotherapeutic modalities. Dr. Rajchgot is a Doctor of Chiropractic, having graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic. He also holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Ottawa.
Dr. Rajchgot has pursued extensive post-doctorate training in a variety of specialized fields. This includes certifications and training in Auricular Acupuncture, with a focus on addictions and compulsive disorders , the Myokinesthetic System , Functional Blood Chemistry, and Functional Neurology. He is also certified in Chiropractic Certification in Spinal Trauma (CCST) and has completed the Whiplash and Brain Traumatology Program.
Dr. Rajchgot is a member of several professional organizations, including the Florida Chiropractic Association , the Acupuncture Society of America , and the International Academy of Medical Acupuncture. Eliza Burdier, DNP, FNP
Chief Surgical APRN / Director of Clinical Services
Dr. Eliza Burdier joined our team in 2013 and is vital to the CITIMED surgical department and medical team. She is the Chief Surgical APRN at CITIMED, specializing in physician-patient care, medical and surgical care management, patient counseling, and disease and injury prevention to ensure comprehensive care for all CITIMED surgical candidates and patients.
Dr. Burdier fell in love with Miami at a young age, graduating from Sunset Senior High in 1999 before returning to the Dominican Republic, where she is originally from, to attend Universidad Iberoamericana. She graduated cum laude with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) in 2006. From 2006 to 2007, Dr. Burdier was an Emergency Physician in Hospital Plaza de la Salud in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
Dr. Burdier is licensed to practice medicine in Florida. She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).

Michael S. Olin, M.D.
Board Certified Neurosurgeon
Dr. Olin graduated from the Universidad Autonoma De Guadalajara Facultad De Medicina in 1974 and went to Memorial Hospital of Rhode Island for an internal medicine internship from 1975 to 1976, then Brown University/Rhode Island Hospital-Lifespan for his general surgery internship from 1976 to 1977.
He accomplished a junior residency for neurosurgery at the University of Tennessee and an assistant residency for neurosurgery at the University of Vermont Medical Center from 1977 to 1978. And then was senior and chief resident at Hartford Hospital of University of Connecticut School of Medicine from 1979 to 1981.

Originally from Puerto Rico, he graduated from The University of Puerto Rico magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 1982. He then continued his studies at the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine for a medical doctor degree in 1986. For his internal medicine internship, Dr. Colon went to the Mount Sinai School of Medicine/City Hospital at Elmhurst from 1986 to 1987 and his physical medicine and rehabilitation program residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center and Affiliated Hospitals from 1987 to 1990.
Dr. Colon is licensed to practice medicine in Florida and Puerto Rico. He is a lifetime diplomate and board-certified by the American Board of Rehabilitation and the National Board of Medical Examiners.

David A. Robbins, M.D.

David Robbins, M.D., is the founder and president of CITIMED and a board-certified physician specializing in Neurological Rehabilitation and General Neurology.
Dr. Robbins earned a B.A. in Mathematics from the State University of New York in 1986 and his medical doctor degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin in 1992. He then returned to his native New York to Strong Memorial Hospital of the University of Rochester. Dr. Robbins completed his medical internship in Internal Medicine in 1993, his residency in Neurology in 1995, and he was chief resident in Neurology through 1996. He then completed a fellowship in Neurophysiology and Neuromuscular Disorders at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center of Tufts University Boston in 1997.
Dr. Robbins is licensed to practice medicine in Florida, New York, and Massachusetts. He is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and certified by the National Board of Medical Examiners.
